Colours are my fetish, I love it when they flood my brain. I don’t have a favourite colour, or even a favourite palette. They surprise me, a coloured pencil that I have never used can become a favourite and irreplaceable overnight. I love monochrome works that flood me with one strong emotion and those with high contrasts that vibrate in front of my eyes, those saturated, pastel and dark, earthy, moody.
Nature shocks me with the variety of shapes, colours and patterns. My art is an expression of admiration for the world around me. Flowers, leaves, insects, birds please my eyes like the most expensive jewels.
