Original artworks are sent by one of the global courier companies. Shipments are insured, cleared and all customs duties are paid by us.

How Long Will It Take To Have My Package Shipped?

Usually, it takes us up to 4 business days to prepare the original artwork for shipment. Shipping time depends on the location of the destination.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries where it is possible. If shipping to your region is not available, please contact us. We will try to find a shipping option especially for you.

How Do I Place an Order?

If you want to place an order, go to the page of the product you are interested in. Then click the “Add to Cart” button. The product will be added to your shopping cart, which you can order by “Proceeding to Checkout”.

No, it is not necessary to create an account to place an order. However, if you create an account, you will have access to your order history.

What Happens If I Receive The Wrong Item?

If you received the wrong item, please send us a picture where the mistake can be clearly seen. Then, simply contact our customer service at that address and send us the picture: info@malvinadesignature.com . It must be done within 14 days for a wrongly supplied product.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive information in an e-mail with a link to track your shipment in the selected courier company.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How Can I Return a Product?

The MVDSGN of course want you to be happy with your item. Therefore, we always give you the opportunity to return the item in 14 days. Send back the item with optional postal service. If you need help please send us an email at info@malvinadesignature.com to receive a packing slip. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The only condition is that the goods will be returned in the original condition, which means that it is not used. Always attach the original packaging and any labels.

Normally it takes about two weeks after you have sent your return to us before receiving any reimbursement.

What Happens If I Receive a Product With a Defect?

If you received a product with a defect, please send us a picture where the mistake can be clearly seen. Then, simply contact our customer service at that address and send us the picture: info@malvinadesignature.com . It must be done within two months of a claim.
